Foster care services for children from birth-18
Our homes are specifically recruited and trained to work as part of the child and family team. Foster parents work closely with a team that likely includes the child’s school, medical and mental health providers, the county social worker and the Pillar & Vine case manager to ensure the needs of the child are being met. We utilize a co-parenting model and the foster family co-parents with the biological family to provide seamless care for the child, whenever appropriate.
Pillar & Vine Provides:
- Individualized and tailored care for children and families
- 24-hour support for foster families provided by our skilled staff, many of whom are also foster or adoptive parents
- Community connection and support, including: respite services, social and recreational family events, foster parent training, pre and post adoption support, and crisis services.
