As a friendly reminder, we ask that you submit your monthly reports and any additional paperwork to your case manager by the 1st of each month electronically. These documents are a critical record of your foster child’s medical & psychiatric history, as well as his/her experience and progress. This information becomes part of your foster child’s welfare record that can provide assistance upon his/her return to home or to an adoptive resource.
